After many years of being very independent and living on her own, my mother became ill and was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer.

I moved her in with me and became her caregiver, while working full time.

Each day as her health deteriorated, I

understood the importance of making the most of every moment.  I learned the importance of laughter and compassion.

Pauline came into  healthcare because of her mom,   It was an experience that she did not realize she had the know-how for, but learned that compassion and care are skills of the heart.

She looks forward to serving your family with the same dedication.

As well as having held a CNA certification Pauline's education centers on Office Management and Business  Automation.

MEMORY & PALLIATIVE CARE SUPPORT

The Unique model of caregiving support for this Memory Community  is provided by the owner/administrators with combined experience of 20 years, Plus 4 qualified caregivers, that have been in the trenches caring for their own as well as assisting other families.

STAFFING CONSISTENCY

Because care is provided by the same faces the consistency and routine alleviates confusion and promotes safety.

NUTRITION & HYDRATION SUPPORT

As residents  move between the stages their diagnosis our  1/1 care allows us to identify gaps immediately. For example if they struggle with drinking, we are able to make sure they drink enough water and  meal support if necessary to ensure nutrition and connect with family and physicians to discuss medication changes if required.
