Our Care clients more than others require a great deal more patience and compassion. LOVE IS IN THE DETAILS. Sometimes a hug is all that's needed to remind them that someone cares.
COMMUNITY
Our Memory Care and Palliative Support Community in a residential setting lessens the anxiety. The family model is re-created so that it reminds them of home. There is still a familial sense of community.

In Memory care & Palliative Support, activity is oftentimes simply the gift of presence. Showing an interest in what they still enjoy. For example reminiscing by looking at old pictures may help to jog the memory, or for those in transition simply sitting and holding hands is priceless.
